Written by Q2 | 18 Nov, 2020

The growing media and social interest in workplace diversity and inclusion is an exciting and encouraging phenomenon. For 18 years, American Banker has recognized the 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking. These women pioneer paths for equity, opportunity, and innovation through inclusivity within the banking industry. Join us in celebrating them and bringing awareness to their accomplishments. We are particularly thrilled to see one of our customers recognized. Congratulations to President and CEO of Citizen’s Bank of Edmond, Jill Castilla.

Women: moving the industry forward

At Q2, our mission is to build strong and diverse communities by strengthening their financial institutions. By promoting the influence of women leaders in our field, we reinforce our mission while driving the industry forward.

We have been a proud sponsor of the Texas Conference for Women, which is designed to promote, communicate, and amplify the influence of women in the workplace and a long-time advocate of Code2College, an economic empowerment, college access, and workforce development program that furthers the workforce placement of women. Since 2016, we’ve held workshops, provided volunteer instructors and mentors, hosted summer interns, and recently made a $100k donation to Code2College’s Vision 2024 initiative, which aims to place 200 Black and Latinx women into STEM roles by 2024.
