By Kim Rutledge, Q2 EVP of People
I’m honored to share that the Austin American-Statesman has recognized Q2 as a Top Workplace. This award marks the 11th consecutive year for Q2, and we’re proud to be recognized for our people-centric approach to Q2’s culture and business.
The Top Workplaces award is evaluated solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey facilitated by Energage. The survey allows employees to share direct, anonymous feedback on 15 cultural drivers, including performance, engagement, and leadership.
A focus on people
As the world continues to change during the pandemic, we remain committed to Q2’s most incredible asset – its people. This commitment has meant meeting our employees where they are, incorporating flexible work options, and empowering team members to work in the way that best fits their lives. While we’ve embraced change throughout our history, we’ve also maintained our commitment to Q2’s mission to build strong and diverse communities by strengthening their financial institutions. It all starts with our amazing Q2 team members, and that’s what makes this award so meaningful.
