Learning at Q2 – Building a Better You

Q2 invests in building a learning culture through continuous professional development opportunities. Our Learning & Development programs help people grow in their roles and career while building leadership skills. In 2023, Q2ers logged 110,000 hours of learning through online courses and live workshops. Our online resource for team-member learning provides career development designed to help employees make the most of their talents and skills while developing new ones. And LinkedIn Learning, which offers more than 7,000 on-demand courses and classroom-led training in various areas, is a significant resource for team member growth.
