Ethics and Compliance

Our Corporate Governance Guidelines and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics outline our expectations for how our Board of Directors, executives and employees conduct themselves as representatives of Q2.

Our Risk and Compliance Committee also meets quarterly and oversees our risk management and compliance programs, our information systems, and the adherence of our solutions to legal and regulatory requirements.

Enterprise Risk, Security and Privacy

Risk management, information security, and data privacy are of paramount importance to Q2, particularly as a Technology Service Provider governed by the Federal Financial Institution Examination Council (FFIEC).

Community Giving

Giving back is one way we live out our mission. Through Q2 Spark and the Q2 Philanthropy Fund, team members direct support to nonprofits around the world—making a difference in communities where we live and work, and in those supported by our customers. These efforts reflect our belief that business can be a force for good and that strong communities make us all stronger.
