     In addition to health benefits, all employees, children of employees and individuals residing in the employee’s home – regardless of age or relationship – are eligible for Q2’s Employee Assistance Program. The program provides confidential, professional support for concerns beneficiaries may face.

Family-building and support

Q2 provides a minimum of 12 weeks of paid parental leave to all benefits-eligible employees, regardless of gender, following the birth or adoption of an employee’s child.

LinkedIn Learning, which offers more than 7,000 on-demand courses and classroom-led training in various areas, is also part of the Q2 EDU platform.
