With digital asset rails built directly into the Q2 platform, your institution can give customers access to the modern options they want without sending them elsewhere.
Innovation Studio Partner Spotlight: Monit: Be the First Call Small Businesses Make

Monit gives your commercial bankers real-time cash flow data straight from the tools small businesses already use, so your teams can show up with the right insight at the moments that matter most.

Make Information Reporting Meaningful
A recent Q2 analysis of roughly 20 customer banks, including eight of the largest, found that commercial information reporting adoption sits at just 10% to 15%. The reports themselves are accurate; they just arrive too late, and in the wrong place, to help clients make decisions. At CONNECT 26, Q2's Todd Klapprodt and Dean Jenkins joined Koxa's Camellia George to discuss how Q2 Direct Data Services closes that gap, automating report delivery straight into a client's own systems, and letting clients submit and approve payments from within their ERP. The result: fewer manual downloads, faster decisions, and a stronger case for deeper relationships.

Stop Pricing by Hunch. Start Pricing with Data
At CONNECT 26, one insight stood out: the relationship managers who negotiated the strongest relative pricing also won the most volume, while bankers who cut prices to win deals often came up short on both the deal and the margin. Without real-time visibility into market pricing, fees, and cross-sell opportunities, RMs are left pricing by instinct. Q2 Market Insights closes that gap, giving RMs in-the-moment guidance and executives portfolio-level visibility to coach with evidence instead of anecdote.
INDUSTRY PERSPECTIVE
New Cut to Context Episodes
When Verification Becomes the Attack Surface
A voice, a face, a video call — for years, these were enough to confirm who you were talking to. AI has broken that assumption: deepfake voice and video have collapsed to near-zero cost, and the signals institutions have relied on are no longer reliable alone. On the newest Cut to Context, Q2 CTO Adam Blue talks with Jeff Scott, Q2's managing director of Fraud Intelligence, about why behavioral and journey-based monitoring — not just voice or video checks — is becoming the real fraud-fighting frontier, and how AI-driven detection shared across institutions may be the best way to close the gap with attackers.
From AI Experiments to Enterprise Strategy
AI is no longer a side project. On the latest Purposeful Banker, we replay a Q2/Bank Director webinar in which Q2's Corey Gross talks with Brian Xie of Stanford Federal Credit Union and Michael Purifoy of VeraBank about what it takes to move AI from scattered experiments to an enterprise-wide strategy. They cover how to build governance that keeps pace with fast-moving technology, why bringing risk and compliance in early speeds adoption rather than slowing it down, and why the real work of AI adoption is change management, not technology. Xie and Purifoy also share the metrics they use to prove AI's value to their boards, from call-handling time to net promoter score.

The True Cost of Fraud Is Bigger Than Your Loss Number
Most banks measure fraud by what they lost, but that's only part of the equation. On the latest Purposeful Banker, Q2's HD Jacobs breaks down why the real cost also includes manual review time, missed revenue from disabled features, and the relationships institutions quietly absorb losses to protect. He points to LexisNexis research putting the true multiplier at $5.75 for every dollar lost once labor, recovery, and litigation are factored in, and shares what tends to change bankers' minds when the loss number alone doesn't add up.
Five Years In, Q2 Innovation Studio Is Just Getting Started
Q2 Innovation Studio just marked its fifth anniversary, with more than 90% of Q2 Digital Banking customers now using it to bring new fintech solutions to their account holders. On the latest Purposeful Banker, Johnny Ola, SVP of Q2 Innovation Studio, shares how the platform began, how Q2 evaluates and works with partners, and what's ahead — including how a best-in-class institution approaches fintech integration, and how Q2 Code and other AI development are making it faster and simpler than ever.
