Third time Aite recognizes Q2 as a leading provider of commercial banking solutions
Austin, Texas, July 15, 2020—Q2 (NYSE: QTWO), a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for banking and lending, announced today it’s been recognized, for the third time, as a “best-in-class” vendor in the Aite Matrix: The Leading Providers of U.S. Cash Management Technology, 2020.
The Aite report evaluates the overall competitive position of each vendor for their commercial banking technology portfolios, with criteria focusing on vendor stability, client strength, product features, and client services. Q2 received the highest scores in client services, which is determined by a vendor’s ability to deliver on promises and provide high levels of service and a positive cost value. Q2 also received exceptional scores in vendor stability, which measures the vendor’s knowledge and vision of the U.S. market and gauges the vendor’s customer feedback on the quality of the management team.
